How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed to keep the root ball secure and provide enough airflow. Most plants are shipped via express courier to minimize time spent in transit.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for every plant?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
Are your plants and pots sold together?
Most of our plants are shipped in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be added to your order.

Can I ship plants as a gift to someone else?
