We want you and your new greenery to be perfectly happy, so we offer a 30-day return window for all non-living goods and a 14-day health guarantee on all live plants. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first two weeks, we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number and photos of the plant.
Prepare for Shipping
For non-living items, pack the product securely in its original packaging; for live plants, ensure they are watered and stabilized to prevent soil spillage during transit.
Attach Return Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement plant within 3 to 5 business days.
